Does my loved one need to set anything up?
They won’t need any special apps or devices. Just provide their phone number. Joy will call them like any regular call. However, we highly recommend that you talk to you loved one about Joy in advance, so they’re not surprised when she first calls them.
What kinds of things does Joy talk about?
Joy checks on things like mood, pain, meals, medication, and general well-being. She can also just have friendly chats, tell jokes and play trivia.
Can my loved one call Joy?
With our Plus and Premium plans, your loved one can call Joy anytime in addition to receiving scheduled calls. The Basic plan includes scheduled calls only.
As a Caregiver, what's my experience?
You receive summaries of the calls that Joy has with your loved one, and you are also able to see insights around medication, mood, nutrition and more — using our simple web app.
How much does JoyCalls cost?
We offer 3 subscription plans:
Basic – $9.99/month
Includes scheduled Joy calls, with up to 1 active call and 60 minutes of talk time per month.
Plus – $19.99/month
Includes everything in Basic, plus the ability to call Joy anytime, up to 3 active scheduled calls, and 120 minutes of talk time.
Premium – $29.99/month
Includes all features, including anytime calling, up to 5 active scheduled calls, 180 minutes of talk time, and advanced features like web search and enriched conversations.
Additional minutes are available at a small per-minute rate depending on the plan.
